Letterheads and compliment slips, but these cannot always be overprinted in an office laser printer or photocopier – please first ascertain what type of printer you will be using. Inkjets are fine, lasers are usually no-go.

Numbers: As few as you need but more than 100 is economical, more than 1000 is very economical.
Print sizes: - A5, A4, A3 single or two sided
Paper: plain copying on 80gsm copier paper (not recommended for colour)
Colour printing on 100, 120, 160, 250 or 300gsm high quality laser paper/card.
Photos copied on to 160gsm glossy at no extra cost.

Your own work printed straight from CD, memory stick or email attachment. To cut down on setting up costs many customers provide their own text and only require us to complete the construction of the document, adding photographs where necessary. Digital photos are best, but we can scan prints (not transparencies). We have also scanned the unusual, such as tapestries, fabrics, silk drawings.

Design Work:
We are not graphic designers but can produce good results from your own ideas and material at a very modest cost.

Price examples (colour):
£1.10 per sheet for small numbers (under 20) of A4
£36 for 100 A4 sheets single sided
£46 for 100 A3 sheets single sided, but these can be two A4s on an A3 sheet = 200 A4 documents
£145 for 500 A3s sheets single sided, can be two A4s on an A3 sheet = 1,000 A4 documents
Over 1000 negotiable

VAT
Where vat applies we always quote prices including vat.

TERMS OF TRADE

PAYMENT: Normally payment required on collection of work or presentation of invoice. Monthly accounts for regular customers welcome.

PROOFS: We normally provide proofs before work is undertaken, but in the event of customer dissatisfaction we will replace any unsatisfactory work without question.
